Candidates should read these instructions carefully before the examination. Not following them may lead to disqualification or cancellation of candidature.
Admit Card & Identity Verification
Carry a printed copy of the Admit Card downloaded from the official Bharat Aero Limited website.
Bring one recent passport-size photograph, the same as the one uploaded in your online application. It will be affixed to the Attendance Sheet.
Carry one original, valid and non-expired Government-issued photo ID. Accepted IDs: Aadhaar Card (with photo), PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card, Passport, School/College Identity Card, Aadhaar Enrolment Slip and Ration Card.
If your name has changed due to marriage or any other legal reason, bring supporting documents such as a Marriage Certificate, Gazette Notification, Divorce Decree or Legal Name Change Certificate.
Reporting at the Examination Centre
Report at the reporting time mentioned on your Admit Card.
Entry closes 30 minutes before the examination begins. Late entry will not be permitted under any circumstances.
If possible, visit the examination centre in advance and plan your travel accordingly.
Inside the Examination Hall
Show your Admit Card whenever the examination authorities ask for it.
Sit only in your allotted seat, immediately after entering the hall.
Changing your seat or hall without permission is treated as unfair means and leads to immediate cancellation.
Follow all instructions given by the Centre Superintendent and Invigilators.
Do all rough work only on the rough sheets provided and return them before leaving the hall.
Do not leave the hall before the examination ends unless the Centre Superintendent or Invigilator permits it.
Rules and Conduct
Prohibited Items
Candidates must not bring unauthorised or prohibited items into the examination centre or hall. Possessing or using such items may lead to immediate cancellation of candidature and disciplinary action.
Personal Belongings
Bags, luggage and other personal belongings are not permitted inside the examination centre.
Bharat Aero Limited is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any belongings brought to the venue.
Entry Restrictions
Only candidates with a valid Admit Card may enter the examination centre.
Friends, relatives, guardians and accompanying persons may not enter the premises or contact candidates during the examination.
Eligibility & Verification
Receiving an Admit Card does not confirm your eligibility.
Bharat Aero Limited may cancel or withdraw a candidature at any stage if the candidate is ineligible or has submitted false, fabricated, misleading or forged information or documents.
Such candidates may also be barred from future Bharat Aero Limited examinations and recruitment.
Travelling & Other Expenses
Candidates must bear their own expenses for appearing in the examination.
Bharat Aero Limited does not provide any Travelling Allowance, Dearness Allowance, accommodation or other reimbursement.
Final Authority
The decision of Bharat Aero Limited on any dispute, ambiguity or interpretation relating to eligibility, examination rules, instructions, registration or other recruitment matters is final, binding and conclusive for all candidates.
